We ordered at the drive thru, at the West 7th St, Joplin Mo. Taco Bell. The order was 3 soft taco, 2 large drinks and 2 CHIPS/CHEESE SAUCE, well we got the cheese sauce bu NO CHIPS. this is frustrating, we live in Kansas, so driving back isnt an option. I prefer to get some kind of credit to get what we pay for. This has happened before. My point is please double check the drive through orders better.
We decided to go in and order it to go. Not too crowded. Old lady at the counted was super hateful! She didn’t act like she even wanted to take my order. She said “we normally just use the kiosks.” Well… I was paying cash so I couldn’t use the kiosk. I tried to order but every time I told her what I wanted she’d sigh and say hang on. Beware ordering in the drive through:CHECK YOUR ORDER. The 2nd time they botched my order will be the last. Sucks to have driven across town to discover the error, with no time to return it.
