We ordered at the drive thru, at the West 7th St, Joplin Mo. Taco Bell. The order was 3 soft taco, 2 large drinks and 2 CHIPS/CHEESE SAUCE, well we got the cheese sauce bu NO CHIPS. this is frustrating, we live in Kansas, so driving back isnt an option. I prefer to get some kind of credit to get what we pay for. This has happened before. My point is please double check the drive through orders better.
Beware ordering in the drive through:CHECK YOUR ORDER. The 2nd time they botched my order will be the last. Sucks to have driven across town to discover the error, with no time to return it.
I have been here several times and it seems like almost every single time I have to wait and sometimes it's 15 or longer minutes so if you are in a hurry, don't be.
