“We are frequent flyers at this location, and LOVE the pizza, the atmosphere, and ESPECIALLY the service. Tonight, especially, was amazing -- I got hung up at the grocery store, and our Papa Murphy's closed at 8pm. We had ordered online and I was 10 minutes past 8pm when I pulled in. The girls were still cleaning up, but the door was locked. I lightly tapped on the window, and was met with a sweet smile.....she came right to the door and said, "Cheryl?" I said, "yes, I am so sorry....". She smiled again and sent me on my way. This location is nothing short of amazing.....every time.“

“We were visiting from Oklahoma and decided to try Ziggy’s at Auburn Hills. The salad and pizza were great! Restaurant was clean and service was good and fast. One thing to note: the pizza crust is very thin. That’s what we like, so not a problem. Just don’t expect a thick crust pizza. We had Caesar salads and the pizza was 1/2 Veg-N-Out and half Sanibel Islander. Very flavorful! We’ll go back if we’re in the area.“

“I went here for my birthday again this year.
I have never ordered a pizza from Old Chicago.
Well, this time I did, I ordered the Chicago 7, which is kind of akin to a supreme pizza.
And while it smelled so good, and the toppings were abundant, it was super doughy.
Like, unedible doughy.
The two other pizzas that were ordered seemed to be just fine, but I couldn't even finish mine.
Hell, I couldn't even get through one piece, and so when the waitress asked me for to-go boxes, I gladly took one.
(If you're wondering why I didn't speak up, It was because the pizza was free because of my birthday, and I didn't want to make a big scene about it. I took it home and cooked it there and it was fine.)
Service was awesome.
Wait staff was amazing.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and also a salad bar for those who don't eat meat.

Parking: They have plenty of upfront and close to the front door parking spots for the handicapped or those who have troubles walking on their own and need assistance.

Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area for the kids or anything like that but they do have a nice kids menu with plenty of items to keep the kids happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps that are made into the sidewalk right near the handicapped parking spots.“

We definitely found this one when we was out and about shopping for Christmas and it was epically amazing!We got there before the supper rush and was the only customers. We had a waiter that was amazing! Very prompt on getting our drinks refilled, always asked if there was anything more he could do for us and made sure we knew how soon our food was coming.Our food was very delicious! “This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! I did an online order& ordered a chicken/ avocado flat bread and an Italian calzone.. when I got there they only had the flat bread ready to go (unfortunately bc of the way the ticket came out it looked like the order was combined and was looked over! Rebecca (the manager) was absolutely amazing& got right to making my missed order!
