“We have been going to Dempsey‘s pretty much once a week for more than 10 years. The service has always been spectacular (Reggie is a legend!), but the food … is usually great, but sometimes there are weeks where the quality tanks. My mother always asks for a well done burger (please forgive her) and it came out medium rare tonight, even though our server has her requests memorized perfectly and I’m certain he put her order in correctly. The fries were at their best a number of years ago. Since then the quality has gone up and down. Tonight they were pretty much inedible - they looked under cooked, but were as hard and dry as four day old fries reheated in an air fryer set at 150. Ugh. We will continue our decade long tradition with hope that there will be a renewed focus on the food quality!“

“Get out of the main path. This place has had a lot of Honor's in the Food Industry.
A lot of black/white photos of pioneering new ways ground beef, doing more on hot dogs, chlile. I get out my way...have a tall frozen mug of root 🍺 & chile w/ bean's at the White Stone Bldg.“

“first time going inside to eat loved the place! ordered food for my family of four and the food came out super fast. the flavor was amazing I got the big kahuna chicken sandwich because a new burger the are releasing was not out yet. but the owner hooked me up with a crab patty to try and now it has me all kinds of ready for when it comes out. 10 out of 10. food and staff was awsome and enjoyed the music selection!“

“I understand this place is busy, I just wish they would do a better job of cleaning of tables so that w doing have to ask it stand around and wait for a table to be cleaned of. As well, one of the trash cans was completely full and overflowing and humans just keep stuffing the trash in. I just feel like with all the help you have in the kitchen someone could afford to keep the dining area a little more clean.“

Let us know exactly what beers were on sale for happy hour and what items were the best for the food menu! Maddie was super sweet and brutally honest! Would come back just for her service alone! Apart from the service the atmosphere of the bar was fantastic, football season here is electric!“

“love Bionic Burger but the one on E. Harry has a horrible employee that works at night🙄 so rude and ghetto. we literally waited at the speaker for 20min trying to get someone to take our order , so finally we decided to just go up to the window assuming maybe the speaker didn't work. However when we approached the window and told the lady working we had been sitting there for awhile trying to give out order and no one spoke, the lady at the windows reply was " I heard y'all say hold on " 😑 I said we never got to say anything cause no one ever even greeted us. Her with a whole attitude told us " I can take your order but y'all gone have to park in the front and it will be awhile before your food is ready" . I just worked all day and wasted my time sitting at a place for 30min just for me to get rude service and no food. of course at that point we just left because who wants to give there hard earned money to a place with terrible employees. Honestly that was not the first time I have dealt with that same lady and her unfriendly attitude but after this last time wasting my time I have decided to say something because if you don't like your job then just quit girl, or how bout put her on the grill instead of at the window cause clearly her bad attitude is not good customer service. I love me some Bionic Burger but unfortunately that's the closest one to me so I'll have to refrain from going.“

“Jamie at Harry Bionic Burger was so friendly! The #2 combo burger was the best I've ever had. I've eaten at Bionic Burger my whole life and I've never had this tasty of a cheeseburger. The bun was toasty and crunchy around the edges. The decorations and window paintings were fun and festive. I don't usually give reviews for fast food joints, but this lunch was just so enjoyable. I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!“

I ordered a side salad and she told me I actually got to make a salad from the salad bar i love making my own salad and the turkey was very good my son got brisket and he loved it affordable and plenty of room in the tables to sit and wide open walking paths not sitting and staring at other people who are eating it was pretty dead when we went in it was on a Saturday afternoon i think“

“5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed. And the food is very good 👍.“

“Got the Culver deluxe, cole slaw, reese's dish ice cream. Burger was well seasoned, toppings all fresh, sauce was like a tangy ranch which was really good. It's hard to find cole slaw I like it had just the right zing. Ice cream was soft serve with good portion of reese's. Portions are kind of like everwhere now days so wont knock that part. Ordering went smooth once you get in the right lane.lol Will go back for sure.“
