“This place is amazing!! Their burgers are so simple but they have it right. It's so good. And the onion rings are the best I've had around here. Only catch is that you have to wait a bit. But it's worth it because they cook to order. I am deaf and told them I was deaf at the order screen. The kind lady came out to my car and wrote everything down for me. Their service for deaf people is excellent and did not feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Definitely coming back!“

“Always good...a Wichita landmark. Food and service are always excellent. So sad that the Douglas location is the only one left. I don't get to go as often now. I used to go to the Central one and then when it closed, the Harry one...I would also visit the other two on Ridge, and on Seneca when I went to bowling. But I rarely get down on Douglas.“

“first time going inside to eat loved the place! ordered food for my family of four and the food came out super fast. the flavor was amazing I got the big kahuna chicken sandwich because a new burger the are releasing was not out yet. but the owner hooked me up with a crab patty to try and now it has me all kinds of ready for when it comes out. 10 out of 10. food and staff was awsome and enjoyed the music selection!“

I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!“

“My town sadly doesn’t really have anywhere to eat breakfast anymore, so my friend and I decided to take a trip up to Mulvane and find something new to try. The food was SO GOOD. I got the biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. My friend and I shared a plate of the French toast as well. Everything was amazing. Quite possibly the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was really great too. All of the workers were extremely kind. Laurie brought out a little paint set for my kiddo which was very sweet of her. I adored the little leave a book take a book area. Eventually Stella and Toto made an appearance. I got excited when I saw them and Laurie gave me a few treats to give to them. It made my day! 10/10. I’d rate it even higher if I could. I can’t wait to go back and try dinner next!“

“It took a while for our food and drinks to come out and my steak was medium well when I ordered medium rare, but our server was new and she was doing her best, especially considering the power went out while we were there so I don't fault her at all.

The manager was also very nice and even though we were very understanding of the circumstances she still comp'd my steak.“

I have been going here for more then twenty years. To come to find out. Why would this company only give their employees one week of vacation time for only 5, 10 years and more years of employee service. That was so apologing when I heard this. You need to do more for your employees in the number in years of service they have worked for company. Your employees friendly service and great food are what makes your company and customers come back and back to your busniess that pays your salary and employees.
I'm sure the corporate staff receive more days of then just a week. You really should think about giving more vacation time to years of service of employees. I have been told you treat employees good and they treat your company good.“

“5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed. “Tried it for the first time day. We got a kids chicken strip meal, Mama’s special burger and a pork sandwich with fries. Some of the best food I’ve had in a really long time. It was fresh and hot. It’s made to order but the wait wasn’t too long. The person at the window had great customer service and ran us through our sauce options. We got the sweat heat. It was a really good option for the strips. Everything was seasoned amazing. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! Definitely going back.“
