My only issue is that seating is often awkward and uncomfortable. It can be a fight to get a seat and the seats that you end up with often are more restaurant style or forced couch seating next to strangers. Additionally, finding a plug in can be a struggle, especially when it's crowded. Lots of people love this place and there is a HUGE regulars crowd. Great service and provide a rewards program.“

“The Wichita founded chocolate shop and factory, on St Francis and between 1st and 2nd Street. This location, like all Cocoa Dolces I’ve frequented, provides a phenomenal experience in sweets and in service. I have made countless loved ones feel special with trips here to grab a variety of fancy chocolate boxes. The artistry in the small candies is spectacular and the packaging is first class. Prices can be high, but I have found that fancy chocolates like these can go for much more from others online plus there is the unique charm of picking them up right here in town rather than messing with shipping. The biggest standout to me with this business is the extremely reliable counter help I’ve received for many years right here and at the other two stores. I would say this business provides the most dependable and professional service anywhere in town. There are drink and dine in options here as well, but this downtown location does not have the best lobby due to the two stories of large windows that pour in way too much light on sunny days which can make it uncomfortable. It is very interesting to see the chocolate factory though, and there are places to view it through large windows and seated tables. I give my highest recommendation to this business to all Wichita locals and visitors.“
“My favorite spot, really the only place I buy tea at regularly. Very delicious. I love the teas and spices and everyone there is super great people. For the love of God please stay open when it's cold and stop closing for 20 degree days though! It's happened more than a few times that I've missed your business hours. I'm a night owl and usually roll in too late. I was heartbroken a few days ago when I couldn't get my comfort chamomile and orange grapefruit wellness.... I cried and went to bed thirsty. “First visit, got to try cookies, pie, and a chocolate loaf. The cookies are light and airy for the most part. The monster cookie was the densest of the three we tried. While I prefer softer chewy cookies these had good flavor. The pie was delicious recommend putting it in the fridge to firm up a little bit.The customer service was spot on and was a lot better than other places I've been to this week. “Papa’s General Store is a unique place and such a hidden gem! I love coming here to study or to meet up with friends to play games. They have a vast selection of board games and card games as well as funky sock collections too.Their ice cream is delicious, I love getting the Moose Tracks. I’ve never seen a place that serves liquor in their milkshakes too so that’s a great addition. It’s a fun spot for family and friends and I definitely recommend visiting at least once!Kid-friendliness: On the second level there is a plethora of games to play with family and friends. I love their direction and how they are bringing in community events. The customer service was great as well! Very welcoming environment. They have a lot of options for food and drink at the cafe. I ordered iced hibiscus tea and the Southwest Delight sandwich sans the beans and jalapeño. You can order items on the menu vegan and/ or gluten free. The sandwich was delicious!! The flavors really stand out. I also picked up an oatmeal cream whoopie from CM Goodies while I was there. It was very good. Soft cookie and not too sweet. It was also vegan and gluten free.
