TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!Waited for 15 mins for my food in curb side, called and was hung up on by worker. Then my husband came inside to get the food and 3 people are waiting not one to help them. We left, called to ask for my order to be canceled and a refund due to not getting my food and was argued with and she hung up the phone again. Tried to call back to talk with someone else and they phone is now off the hook. I would like someone like someone to contact me so...read full review
I ordered a Big Mac cheese and onion only with fries and a drink..needless to say, the Big Mac was wrong again, it was also just thrown in the box, the fries were nasty, the oil needs to be changed, the the person at the drive thru had no hat on. Sorry but this will be my last time ordering from this McDonald’s.
