“Just ordered the "Jumbo" soup. Absolutely, fantastic. A spicy, rich, flavorful broth, that has so many layers to it. Its loaded with veggies and different proteins. So so good. The price is a steal as there's plenty for 2 meals. I also love how the noodles are served on the side so can add whatever amount that I like. I'll def be back.“
“I do not recommend China Star. The Buffet was nasty. The Chicken was so dry that it was like eating beef Jerky. The establishment was dirty. I would rather use a Park bathroom over using the one's at China Star. There was fecal matter on the toilet seat. The waitress at the front desk acted like she didn't even want to wait on customers. If you want good Chinese Food choose any establishment that is not named China Star in Hutchinson, Ks. Mind you my family and I visited this nasty restaurant for my mom's Birthday, and it was not during a busy time so there was no excuse for this type of service. No wonder why China Star Parking lot is always empty. We hadn't been to China Star in years so we decided to try it again, and its still the same Old Nastyness that it was years ago infact it may just be worse. Until you get your business problems fixed I will be telling people to avoid your restaurant at all costs.“
“Girl at the drive thru window was so sweet! I had picked up my brother since he locked his keys at work and needed his spare key to his car. Went to Dillon’s to get a battery for the key and was struggling, trying to get it out of the packaging. We asked the girl at the drive thru and she got it out for us! “I had my food delivered, and I admit I was pleasingly surprised by the whole process. I must have received four status reports of my food development and delivery stage. The food portions were larger than usual; good for two meals. Everything I ordered was spot on.“
