“My wife made me work late tonight and I was starving. So I called my go to on the way home. I didn’t realize they were about ready to close and I was about 20 minutes away. They stayed open for me so I could pick up my food after hours. Amazing customer service we need more places like this in Derby!!! #PeopleHelpingPeople.

Lana, the manager is not one to sit back & bark orders. I’m standing in the restaurant right now. The carry out bags had only one good handle. I told the young man, she overheard & without a word she just changed the bags. There is a huge line now as I leave- Lana washed her hands & jumped in with her tram serving food.

I had to pause to finish as I’m leaving. Courtleigh made sure I heard her say Goodbye to me!“

Every time we stay in Wichita, I order Hong Kong Express on Uber Eats, and it’s incredible. The General Tso’s Chicken is, without question, the best I’ve ever had. The chicken itself is awesome and the General Tso’s sauce… wow. The flavor is unbelievable.

The Crab Rangoons are just as amazing. They’re big and always perfectly crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and the sweet and sour sauce they come with is honestly to die for. It’s the perfect combination.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and the quality has been consistently outstanding every single time. If you’re debating whether to try it, do yourself a favor and order the General Tso’s Chicken and the Crab Rangoons. You won’t regret it!“

“The food here is always exceptional, in my opinion. My daughter chose Sesame Chicken, my granddaughter Chicken Lo main, and I had Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was all delicious! Saved hald for leftovers. Huge portions. The egg rolls and crab rangoon also delicious.“

China Cafe has some of the best Chinese food in Haysville and Wichita well worth the drive if you live in or around Wichita . The restaurant was clean but small not fancy but the food and the people were excellent . A must try for Chinese food lovers .“

“This place was great for a fast food counter service Chinese food restaurant. They had the typical options, but with the added bonus of a gluten-free menu. They make the gluten-free meals separate and fresh to order. It is hard to find Celiac safe Chinese food like this. The food was fresh and delicious!“

“The food is fantastic! The only reason I rated four stars for service is because it was my first time eating there and when I walked in, there was no communication, no nothing. They just stood there one on the phone and one looking down at the floor the whole time until I asked if it was okay to order. Other than that everything was great! Will be going back“

“I have been coming to this Cafe for years. The people that run it are so kind. They great you when you walk in, recommend dishes, and their food is fresh. When I worked nearby, I would always stop for their lunch special. From 10:30-2:00 you can get a really great lunch and a drink for $9.99. Can't beat it.

Now that I don't work nearby, I do try to stop in every couple of months because they just have really good food. It's always quick and inexpensive.

If you are in a hurry, or if you want to sit and chat, you will be served quickly with piping hot good food.“

“29Feb2024Got to town east mall about 1015am, was so hungry for lunch. I saw the two workers behind the counter and asked if they were open. They offered me a sample and were able to take me n my wife’s order. We both were grateful and loved the food. I ordered bbq chicken, beef n broccoli with fried rice. She ordered shrimp and bbq chicken with white rice. She also loved her food. Food cost $9.99 plus tax and drink if you purchased one. $13 bucks give or take for meal per person. We ate in the food court area and enjoyed the peace and quiet before rush hour. We recommend this place. Food tasted great. We cleaned our plate…yummy!“

“i got this delivered through Uber Eats. I had no idea that I had never actually had GREAT Lo mein before. This beef Lo mein is incredible. The crab rangoons were great, i ordered 8 and handed them out to coworkers like candy. And to top it all off, the food was still HOT when i received it at work. this is the only time ive ever gotten Uber Eats food that was warm, let alone still hot.
