This place is AMAZING. I just moved to KS from MN 2 weeks ago. We were in Hutchinson shopping for home supplies. We'll, I was starving and Google "gluten free food", I have celiac. And Firehouse popped up. I risked it,not knowing the actual safety, and I wasn't disappointed!!! I've ordered about 4 to 6x in 2 weeks and have had zero negative reactions. I absolutely LOVE this place. I HIGHLY recommend. ❤.

Firehouse subs is my favorite! I get the Italian every time..it's too good to try anything else. And the potatoe soup and little oyster crackers are so yummy too. Super friendly staff and I even scored some lime wedges tonight for my coke! Thanks Lady(you know who you are ;)
