Pulled in and had several cars in front of us at the drive thru. We waited about tem minutes to order and when we pulled in they said, please wait a moment. After a several minute wait the teller then says it will be a fifteen minute wait!
First we didn't order so how do you know how long it will be. This shows me you don't want to work.
Second, where is the manager and why are you open if you can't service customers. I understand if you are short staffed but while waiting...read full review
