We said goodbye to Dewy 15-Year-old lab mix. They made him a wonderful Pup Cup. He enjoyed every bite.

Waited 12 minutes for 2 small concretes and 2 lemon ice coolers. Watched 5 actual food orders placed after my order get brought out with my order nowhere in sight. Finally called inside. No apology, just, "We'll ger that right out to you." Literally walked out the door in less than a minute. EVERYTHING was half melted. My FoD concrete had *none* of the ingredients it was supposed to have, so it was just plain vanilla. Service AND quality have nosedived over the last year....read full review
