“Just happened to see this place while I was driving by and the store next door was playing some Blind Faith. How could I not stop? The guy there said they were going to change my life and I don't know if I can't get another deli sub anywhere in the North again. It has an old school East Coast feel and the sandys to match. I'm told everything here is good and now I'm going to have to find out. Will be back and would recommend. Shop Local! Oh, I would have posted a pic but it didn't last long enough. “This is one of the few restaurants with a warm and welcoming design. It is truly beautiful. Everyone who put a hand in it should be proud.I am so glad to have Baba's Pantry in Kansas City. It's one of the best places. I always experience kindness no matter who is working.I just tried the Chicken Shawarma and get the hype. The stuffed falafel and Babas Kebob are also awesome. Everything in the cold case is glorious and fun to bring to a party. I always add Shatta on the wrap because the slow burn is perfect. The wrap is my favorite form of their sandwiches. The fries are killer. The portions are enough for 2 reasonable meals or 1 huge one and I like it that way.I hope they continue to persist as long as it feels good for them. The service was helpful and friendly. The chicken bacon club sandwich was incredible. The chicken parm was equally as delicious. I cannot wait to try more of their sandwiches!“
“I purchased the frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, cannoli shells and filling, salami, olives and provolone. I can’t say enough about the wonder flavors of everything. Even my most picky eaters gobbled down the meatballs and sauce to my delight. These were excellent additions to my Christmas Eve family dinner. I will definitely return but won’t wait for a holiday. Way too good to wait!“
“Small local business with friendly staff. There is no indoor seating, so we ended up taking our sandwiches to a nearby park, which on a nice day, works. For $22, we got 2 drinks, 2 good sized sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 desserts (cookie or donuts). Definitely a good value! The sandwiches were solid. Fresh ingredients and made well.“

“I had ordered an item for lunch that was a little incorrect. I still wanted to eat it, because the food is amazing, and saved it for after work. When I went in to get some sauce, I explained why I was only there to buy sauce. Jackson and Charlize were AMAZING! They offered to correct the order from earlier in the day, although they had nothing to do with it… I was humbled by their act of kindness. Not only does this place have great food, their employees are super welcoming and have a great work ethic. Shoutout to CJ who was also working in the back!“
