Service is very good here and their food is good, specifically in the context of fast food. Only reason it is getting 4 instead of 5 is because it’s just fast food. Nothing special. Better than McDonalds.

Person who took my order in the drive-thru was chewing food the entire order and could barely understand them. Had a bad attitude, and my food was missing half of the protein.
Literally an hour for delivery after two calls to the store. First one said he forgot the drink second said he’s on his way he has three deliveries he’ll be there when he gets there! Just joined their rewards today and first delivery! Needless to say not impressed!

Subs so slow they’ll make you late to work I spend 20 minutes of my break in a drive through. Never coming back to this location. Your guy working the window that wears glasses id bout as dumb as a box of rocks. Waited till the food was ready to make my drink slowing him down more. Why did it take 20 minutes to make a cold sandwich? Never in my life. I used to work at a Jimmu johns out window times were always under 5 minutes. Get it together
Spent nearly $38. Checked my order. It was missing an item on the sandwich that I added and paid for. Took it back in. Realized the other sandwich didn’t have cheese and that I had to pay extra for it. So I asked if I could get the cheese added no charge since I had to come back in to get the sandwich fixed. The manager that was shorter with brown hair was so rude. Got really mad, shook her head. Put cheese on the sandwich. Rolled it back up and threw it at me on the counter. I was not being rude. I just have one question for her. Is it that serious? Do you own JJ? I’m sorry your life isn’t happy. I hope you find happiness because you’re clearly miserable.

Worst experience ever. The staff made the wrong sandwich and once we realized it we went back to the store and asked them to remake it. The guy at the window started to remake it and was friendly and then the “manager” stepped in and started arguing with us and being rude and condescending. She actually told the staff to stop remaking and went and got a menu to try prove that we were incorrect. After being treated so rudely we asked for a refund instead. She continued to be rude and we asked to speak to a manager. That’s when she said she was the manager and she wouldn’t give her name. We addressed that she was being condescending and she started laughing at us and said she knows she can be condescending and rude…what’s wrong with that? She can’t help it. This is definitely someone sho should not be in customer service. She probably doesn’t care but she lost regular customers.
