The bald, black employee who cuts fresh fish should be fired! He is loud, unprofessional, rude and lacks customer service skills. More than once he has walked away from the counter and made crude remarks when I was trying to decide on a fresh fish purchase. He needs to loose his job or Mad Jacks will loose a lot of repeat customers.!
They have manipulated the scale and giving customers less and less cooked fried fish. I've been going here since I was little and within the last couple years, I've had to ask them to weigh my fish. It was always less than the pound. what I got today. wasn't worth $20 that I paid.
Today I ordered 1/2 lb of catfish strips, small fish and shrimp combo, potato salad and two peach cobbler’s. It was very good! The wait time is a bit long but next time I will call my order in. I’ve been disappointed several times ordering peach from other restaurants when out of town… but this cobbler is pretty good. Staff was friendly and my order was correct and on point!
