We ordered the big dinner box with pasta, which is usually our favorite, but not this time. Half of both pizzas had no cheese on them. When I called the store to fix the situation I got left on hold for 12 minutes. I called pizza Hut customer service which was fantastic. That's the only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars. Customer service fixed the situation and sent us replacement pizzas.

I love Pizza Hut........what I don't love is having to put everything online. Everybody don't have f****** internet, I just can't be bothered. Call it in, order in person or online. Give me the choice as the customer what is convenient for me. I know a lot of places is doing it. But still it's annoying, I miss the good old days when I can walk into a Pizza Hut and just order a f****** Pizza without having to put everything online.
