I placed an order and I never got it. The app showed it was being made for 2 hrs. By then the store had closed. The call center even said it was never sent out. I called the next day and had to call 5 times because I was “disconnected” multiple times. I finally got the call center again & they were supposed to process a refund. And what do I have…. Nothing. What do they have…. My money. I guess that’s all they care about!
I have ordered alot of pizzas in my life but after waiting 2+hours for a delivery i will never be ordering from here again. The fastest delivery time I've had was an hour and 15 minutes, and I ordered at 1050 am on a Tuesday.
