The manager on duty tonight is doing amazing! I've watched her help several people now and even with the difficult one, her customer service never failed. Food is good, but the customer service was great tonight!
Listen...I ordered a pizza at 6pm and 2 hours later it still hadn't shown up. I call and first she couldn't find it so the chick places me on hold AND NEVER CAME BACK! So I call back, and tell her again "I ordered a pizza online, got the confirmation and everything..whats going on?"...she.knows.nothing. In comes the manager...and he's all "I show its been delivered"..sir I'm currently standing in my house with no pizza..so clearly it HASN'T been delivered! So he gets an attitude...read full review
Seriously no sauce on my under cooked pizza or with my cheese sticks just because I told you my name was cock sloth? Get a sense of humor. Papa johns has one.
