Our order took over 1.5 hrs past my expected delivery time. I called the store to check on the order, and then a second time to cancel my order. The manager was rude and not helpful. I will never order any pizza hut again. Luckily, Denny's was able to deliver in 15 min.
I ordered a pizza and hour and a 1/2 ago that was supposed to be here in 38 minutes. With 4 screaming kids that are hungry I called to find out where the pizza was to be told yep it'll be there in a few minutes. I made a second call and a gentleman said that it was out on the road. FYI I only live 2 minutes away from Pizza Hut. After waiting another 25 minutes I called again to be told that the pizza was there and getting ready to leave.
