Red Lobster offers great food, atmosphere, and service, with professional management visible. The garlic butter shrimp was tasty, but the lobster tail was slightly undercooked. Limited side options like baked potatoes and salads were available. Server Jillian provided excellent customer service, especially when steaks weren't cooked as requested. However, some visitors were surprised by the charge for Dr. Pepper refills. Despite some service hiccups like forgotten appetizers and dipping sauce, the endless shrimp option was still enjoyable. Overall, while some experiences may have been inconsistent, Red Lobster remains a popular choice for seafood lovers.
