Literally I paid for ice!!. You guys are too pricey to just be giving us customers ice. What a ripoff !! You guys gave me a splash of coffee with ice. Will never return here. Caribou it is.
Coffee wasn't hot. Asked to heat up and they put in communal frother which seemed not so Covid friendly. Came back with like 20% less coffee and still not very hot. Also saw barista take a dirty rag and wipe foam off the mouth of someone else's drink.
