The WORST experience I’ve ever had and still waiting to get a refund over two weeks later. This franchise owner needs to consider a different line of business.
First no one answered when I came to give my order. I kept going back and forth thinking the speaker was broke. When I looked at the drive thru guy, he was laughing and giggling and showing the car in front of me his phone. So I honked and asked if someone could take my order. He told me to go back to the speaker and he took my order. After my order was taken he continued to talk to the car in front of me for about 2-5 minutes. Great friendly service. Delicious pretzel burger with onion straws and cheesy sauce. Great place to bring the grandkids, very hospitable.
