dropped in for some pork ribs but didn't know they don't start selling them until after 3 pm so I decided to try their burnt end chili with some onion rings. chili was great with a smoky taste of the burnt ends. I would definitely get it again. onion rings were very good also.
Im obsessed with the smoked wings and think about them all the time. I don’t do any sauce or rubs, straight up so I can taste the smoke. Best bbq deals in KC. $20 for a whole slab and the ribs are legit. Also if you dine-in they have CHEAP beer! Recently discovered cheesy corn and it’s my rec for best side.
The meat was cooked well and we had an enjoyable meal outside. The BBQ sauce could have been a little spicier, the burnt ends and ribs were served slightly cold but still extremely tasty and tender. Make sure to arrive early to ensure you avoid the crowds.
