Great burger. The vanilla malt was the best I have had in years
This place has one of the best bacon lettuce and tomato sandwiches I've ever had.
The menu is small but very good. Very high quality cooking. The only place with soft serve ice cream in La Crosse.

Main Street Grill is a relatively new restaurant known for its high-quality cooking and friendly, attentive staff. It offers a small but excellent menu featuring items like the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich, fried mushrooms, and some of the best burgers around, including a large double burger and a smaller option. The restaurant is the only place in La Crosse serving soft serve ice cream. Customers appreciate the hand cut fries and look forward to new additions such as chicken wings and crispy chicken sandwiches. Open six days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Main Street Grill is a great spot to enjoy good food in a welcoming atmosphere.
