“My sister and I had lunch here yesterday and loved it!!! Pretzels were really good for an appetizer and then the Chicken Pot Pie was SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I love a down home meal like that and it didn’t disappoint!!! I’ll be back just for that!!! Our waiter Miles was a really nice guy and was very attentive to the customers. Thank You, Granite City!!! 😁😁“

“Found this place while working the summer as a bomb pop man in 1986 , it was run by a man of polish descent and had sport memorabilia on the wall so i sent him a soccer penent, visited again in 89 and same guy was behind the bar not been since as i am from UK, hopefully I’ll get some time soon as im 61 years old.“
“typical stadium concession area, this one for Children's Mercy Park. Prices too high, food barely better then blah, service is usually cheerful because most are volunteering for charity.
Vegetarian options: there is a vegetarian Italian Sausage Sandwich.“
“First time there was for my daughter's 21st birthday and it was awesome. The place is a little small but the service and the people were inviting. Reminded me of a backyard family BBQ reunion. The servers were incredible. I would definitely recommend this place!!“

“A wonderful experience all around, the Mocktails we're amazing, we had the Salmon and the Chicken and we're absolutely delighted and left no crumbs. The server was frequent to our table despite how busy it was and we felt like we were eating at a friend's house with how customary it was. It was a little loud but for a packed house, that's expected.“

“Took a lady on a first date and chose this because we were walking the area. The food was great and we drew our server as Javad was super attentive, even while training. The only downside was the level of music while trying to talk across the table. I’m sure if I’d have though to bring it up to our server, he would have handled that for us as well.“
“We just got married this past weekend and not only was Crancer's great to deal with but the venue is beautiful. Everything from the planning to the service was absolutely amazing and Kat was the easiest person to deal with and was SUPER flexible and accommodating. We looked at multiple venues in Kansas City but they were all more expensive and you had a shorter time frame to get things done. We had the venue all weekend long for a no stress set up and clean up. I cannot stress enough how easy Kat made everything. I was hesitant because its a local place and I thought it would be less than something bigger in the city. I couldn't have been more wrong!“

“I stopped in to Johnnie's West with my friend for lunch. We ordered the homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. The meatloaf was moist and full of flavor. I might add they served two generous slices. I'm hoping for a return visit for their other specials. I Love This Place“

“What a great place especially if you like sports. Went to check out a wedding venue and found this place afterwards. Had a little wait as it gets pretty busy. Waitress was great. We tried some appetizers and they were all yummy. I liked the wings and kegs the best. My Roast Beef plate was so good. Pile it on Garlic toast .. The mash potatoes and brown gravy and green beans were so good. Everyone loved what they got.. Can't wait to return.“

“My first visit was VERY impressive! A quiet Sunday afternoon that eventually picked up. But the televisions were muted and on closed captioning, the background music was kept audible but not blasting like most places, and customers could actually carry on conversations! The bartender, Britan, was all over it! Super young lady! Outtanding experience - and I will definitely be back. I have found my place!“
