The Bird Dog Bar at The Oread offers a fried cod sandwich with a generous side of beer battered fries, as well as a creme brulee cheesecake that comes highly recommended. The service provided by Dawson was exceptional, with attentiveness and warmth that made guests feel valued. However, during the Easter buffet, the food was disappointing, with overcooked prime rib and dry meats. Adding a 21% tip without informing customers was a letdown for visitors traveling from Denver.
