The Lawrence, KS store has more problems than I can list here. Poor Customer Service, Cold Food, Rude Staff. Most of it boils down to a rude incompetent General Mgr. This place has gone so far down hill. Yet it seems like complaints fall on deaf ears when reported to cooperate. Until someone takes action and gets a competent person as a general Mgr, nothing will change. It is no wonder the place is always empty. It used to be the place to go to watch a game. Person who took the order had to be told what was available on the menu. Didn’t know fries came with the combo. Food took forever to get with only two other customers in the restaurant. Couldn’t leave a tip because the keypad was messed up. Good the food home and the ‘veggies’ were not prepped at all, they put mini carrots and uncut celery in bags, and they did not look fresh. Very disappointing considering the Topeka location is definitely better. Won’t go back.
