Staff was rude. Three meals and everything is wrong. Called to talk and nobody will pick up the phone.
So sad a place that hasn’t even been in Lawrence long is already run like crap.
Yet AGAIN, they‘re out of something. While cashier was waiting on my order, I pointed to pop machine, saying “you’ve got coke,” pointed and said “and fries, and chicken, okay” and placed my order, paid.
Went to pop machine—no coke! No out of order sign! Asked if they could fill it at drive thru, and was told they’re all out!

I placed an order on the mobile app. The mobile app accepted my order with no issues. I show up and they are slow as can be. Their speaker system is not working and they are just moving at a snails pace. I get up to the front and they don't know where my order is. It's cold and all I did was wait in the line so that should say how long it is. They missed a drink and I only got it because I said they forgot it. I leave and get home they forgot half of my meal.
