The cook and other staff are on their phones while on the floor. Then the two waitresses/waitors went outside and left no one in the dinning room which ment the other customers didn’t having anyone waiting on them. It first started off when we got seated I had to get my own silverware, then went threw the line and the grill girl put my food on the grill and walked away with it still on the grill and then the guy behind me waited a good 5 minutes before they put his food on the...read full review
EDIT TO ADD: Rick, the general manager contacted me same day and was amazing! Come to find out, Noah was brand new that day so, I understand the issue with the service. Waiting tables is hard work anyway and it’s especially hard when it’s you first day and you don’t know the policy. Rick also reimbursed my meal and apologized.
In short, They were quick to reach out and rectify the problem, which I am very grateful for and impressed.
