I always order the Cold Brew with the Nitro Foam from Starbucks and most of the time they don't make it correctly. Derek went above and beyond when making my order for me. He made the drinks perfectly and was very friendly and professional. Very great experience!
Second Starbucks with a drive-thru (how is this possible in this town?). The convenience makes this one of my most frequently visited coffee shops. Service can be a bit slow, and some of my drinks have been off compared to other Starbucks, but as they are fairly new, I keep going back and giving them grace (it has gotten better over time).
