Today was the worst Wendy's order I've ever had! The Baconator barely had any bacon on it. The nuggets were we soggy. Absolutely horrible!
Rude staff with no idea how to operate their mobile app. Two employees blamed me because I didn’t select “drive thru”...it never offered the option to select that but regardless, the customer’s always wrong?!Unbelievable. Pretty sure they took that option off the app due to COVID, but you rocket scientists knew that already, right? Then I was told to park and they never brought out our food. I went to get it and was told it takes 12 minutes to cook a chicken sandwich....read full review
