I went to Scooter’s for the first time and needed some extra help ordering and the lady who helped me was super friendly, helpful, and patient. Went with a blended butterfinger drink. Ordered a medium and she upgraded me to a large since it was my first time. Totally unexpected yet very pleasantly surprised. They also gave me a sucker too! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!! ❤️
At 9am this morning I attempted to place an order at the window of the Scooters outside of Fort Leavenworth. I was ignored by the staff and no one even bothered to ask me to wait. Furthermore, the staff proceeded to take the order of the customer in line behind me. After several minutes I left having never been approached by any of the staff.
For context, I am an active duty service member (was in uniform) and an African American.

Every employee encountered has had a smile and been willing to help with any questions. The drive-through is convenient, and the building can be approached from either side.
