The Depot is a historic train depot transformed into a charming restaurant with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Servers are personable and attentive, providing excellent customer service and making dining a delightful experience. The food receives consistent praise, with standout dishes like the Eggs Benedict Chicken Hash and bread pudding. Customers enjoy the variety of gluten-free options and the restaurant’s ability to accommodate large parties. Homemade cinnamon rolls are a popular treat, praised for being doughy and delicious with cream cheese frosting. The menu features breakfast and lunch served all day, with Huevos Rancheros being flavorful and well-seasoned with the right amount of heat and spice. The restaurant is a beautiful old train depot, full of history. The Irish coffee remains a must-try. The owner was running around helping and was friendly. Prices are reasonable and competitive. The chicken salad sandwich was fresh with a very good portion size and plenty of grapes. Sweet potato fries were lightly crisp and hot.
