“Nautical Bowls is absolutely amazing!!! The flavors are all delicious and they are all healthy for you! It’s like eating a dessert for a meal but it’s not a dessert! The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. If you’ve never had an açaí bowl, they can walk you through the flavors and pick a bowl that is for you! I recommend the Sunrise bowl and the Big Island Bowl! Sooooo good!!“

“Fitstyle Foods is hands down the best food prep place around!! Ingredients are always fresh, portion sizes are larger than other meal prep places we have tried so you get more bang for your buck, food tastes SO good. The flavor of everything really stands out and some of the food tastes gourmet! We switched to this meal prep place after getting tired of paying so much for small portions from a competitor company who's food was so bland. I am so glad we made the switch. Customer service is always wonderful and we love that it is family owned. Highly recommend this place!!“
“I have tried several drinks but the Yellowstone oddly has my heart ? it's a tangy banana ? fruity drink that kinda kicks your early morning into gear. The owner is always pleasant even when I show up before her lights are turned on. She does an awesome job and she is overall an incredible buisness owner. If you want a good drink and a great experience this is the place to go.“
