I really hate to cook, but I'm trying to eat healthier. Fitstyle Foods KC is awesome! The foods are absolutely delicious (and I'm picky) and they help me stay on track with getting in my protein without a lot of fat or carbs. I highly recommend this business!! I'm so glad that I found them.
Been a customer for three weeks now and absolutely loving it. Good quantity of well cooked food for a very affordable price. Combined with a rotating menu that doesn’t force you into eating the same 2-3 meals every week makes this invaluable for someone like me who likes variety but hates cooking.

Ingredients are always fresh, portion sizes are larger than other meal prep places we have tried so you get more bang for your buck, food tastes SO good.
