“Fitstyle Foods is hands down the best food prep place around!! Ingredients are always fresh, portion sizes are larger than other meal prep places we have tried so you get more bang for your buck, food tastes SO good. The flavor of everything really stands out and some of the food tastes gourmet! We switched to this meal prep place after getting tired of paying so much for small portions from a competitor company who's food was so bland. I am so glad we made the switch. Customer service is always wonderful and we love that it is family owned. Highly recommend this place!!“

“Got takeout (tuna bowl w Mac & cheese + veggies) and I was overjoyed how fast they were AND how scrumptious it was. The Mac was a bit grainy, but the tuna + sauce was divine. The veggies were delish too! Fresh and healthy, too! Will def be back. I wish they'd open one over in the Lenexa city center. It would crush! It won't let me attach a photo but good proportions. Maybe $1-2 overpriced, but I get it.“

“The Teas are phenomenal they quench your thirst while giving you all the nutrition and energy you need for the day. Okay and the staff are Amazing and Kind. This is one of my favorite places in Liberty. Tessa has such a great personality, professional and greets you with a smile and remembers your name, yep it’s that kind of place! Get addicted to this healthy place.“
