Not only was my drink forgotten... my whole burrito bowl was messed up. NOT ONLY that but I'm still on hold after TWENTY MINUTES, after being told my refund would take 3 days. That is an absolute lie... any financial institution will tell you, if they can take it out immediately, the refund can also happen immediately. The chips were stale which honestly, is pretty consistent at most Chipotle restaurants I have been to. However, last night, I ordered the barbacoa bowl on the app and picked it up to take home from the new Lenexa location. They did not drain any of the greasy juice which I did not realize until I got home. The grease soaked through the bag, and soiled my passenger seat and my shorts.
