The food is so-so here. Most of the time the fries are undercooked-in my opinion.
The staff tends to avoid conversing with customers because they have kiosks. It can take a few minutes for a customer to be recognized.

Waiting a long time for someone to talk on the speaker in drive thru. Waited again at the window for someone to make two simple sandwiches. I've worked at McD; it doesn't take that long.

McDonald's offers extremely fast service, with mobile orders brought out in under two minutes. The play area is a highlight, but ordering from the app for table service can be confusing. The staff is attentive to cleanliness, but there was some miscommunication regarding food delivery. The food is fresh, and the place is clean. The play area might be challenging for younger kids. Additionally, they serve the best hot fries ever, according to a long-time customer.
