Poor customer service! Ordered two ice creams and they had a Indian or some foreign that was having trouble understanding English had to repeat my order 4-5 times just for a blizzard and a sundae. Then another girl chimed in the intercom on drive thru saying don’t be rude she’s training. How am I suppose to know that?? Ordered a cake with writing, went to pick it up and it was not done. No one except for the manager could write in the Cake I was told. On top of that the girl that waited on me and the manager at that time was very non chalant.. clearly could not have cared this was for a bday party.. or that I was a customer. Will not go back.
