I typically enjoy my experience when going through the drive through at this location. Sure, they occasionally forget to put the mayo packets or pickle in my order but I’m usually happy with my order. Today was a first though, just got home and opened up my lunch box order to find part of an employee glove (& no cheese on my sandwich). Glad to know gloves are being used but not so much when part of it ends up with my food. Speedy fast is great but so is double checking all orders....read full review
I eat at this JJ's 2-3 times a week and have never had a bad experience from first time to most recent. The crew there work very hard to ensure every customer has a good experience. I have witnessed this personally by sitting in the dining area, going through the drive-through, and receiving delivery. One time I accidentally left my debit card there by mistake and 3 days later it was still there. They kept it in the safe...SAFE! Thanks Jimmy John's!
This location is THE worst Jimmy John's the franchise has. DO NOT go to this one. Every single time we go here something is incorrect. The drive thru is a joke. This store needs a new crew and general manager.
