“So tonight I went to this Smoothie King ordered a mango ginger smoothie, and guess what I got a mango ginger smoothie but I thought it was wrong because I got it before and it was the taste with more Gentry then a mixed flavor of mango and Ginger. Come to find out the Smoothie King I went to on 350 Highway in Raytown made it wrong and that's why I didn't taste so great I am so happy that I did try a second time and I got it made correctly your team rocks.“

My order is always made correctly and they bring a “homey” feel with the way that they treat us customers! Definitely my favorite smoothie king location because of them! I saw a review said this location was the best. I have to disagree 95th street location is 100 times better! For that reason I won’t be back here.“

“Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. When a drink comes with the lime straw, it should be a given. Arguing about it and then saying we need to pay for them when it specifically says on the website that the edible lime straw comes with the mango drink! No problem though, we just took our 4-6 drink order (every day Mon-Fri) plus tip somewhere else. No need to be embarrassed in front of other people over a straw that comes with a drink.“

“I was in today and picked up my order. I usually go between a few locations as it depends on where I’m heading next. This is my favorite SK ever! The app order is always accurate (unlike others) and it’s usually waiting for me…again, unlike other locations. But today….they put my order in a protective bag to keep it safe from allergens. I have a food allergy and in all the years, this was a first! ❤️ Thankfully my reactions aren’t that severe, but there are many who fear contamination due to the severe reactions of just close proximity. “I try to be honest and fair with my reviews and with this store, it was honestly one of the nicer smoothie kings I have been too recently. While there were only two employees there, they did their best to accommodate everyone coming in, they were very polite, and did apologize for the wait. While I understand the wait could be frustrating to some, I get that stores are understaffed and the employees who do show up and want to be there (or have to) are doing the best they can to make sure the customers have a good experience. We ordered 4 smoothies and all tasted yummie! Only reason why I am giving 4 stars is that I just wish they had more product on their shelves to make the space seem more full rather than empty. Also, when it comes to the product on the shelf, more research on the products and the health benefits should go into it because sometimes it feels that they put out what is more popular at the time than the snacks and such with actual good benefits. I understand that may not be up to each individual store, but just a wish.“

“Every employee we’ve encountered are wonderful! I didn't catch their names, but Saturday the 26th around 6 pm, the two employees working took the time to write a very sweet message on my cup when I redeemed my birthday drink with the app! The drinks are always a 10/10!“

“They are so friendly and welcoming. They often come outside to take your order, even sometimes when it's drizzling. That keeps the line moving even when there are several cars ahead. I always order decaf and so I typically have to wait at the window longer for my drink even while they are walking orders out the door for cars behind me. But the staff are engaged and it's a treat to watch them enjoy themselves while they work. I've chatted with several staff and even the manager while waiting and I will try to time my drive to go by this location specifically.“

“Over the past decade ive been eating at Daylight Donuts, i always had a problem with how much frosting they put on top. Its way too little. Sometimes you take a bite and you end up filling your mouth with dough.

Went back here a couple weeks ago and it was the same. The frosting is really good too, why not put more on there?

But aside from that, this restaurant has really friendly staff and decent atmosphere. Donuts are also really good despite the issue i already discussed. A good 4 stars. It mightve improved since our last visit, but i havent came back yet.“
