Waiting for my grocery delivery order for days. Home office customer service can't help because it's handled at store level. My email recieved no response and the link in a previous response didn't work. I can't get ahold of anyone via phone at the store. I give up. The "convenience" of delivery completely negated.
It’s a zoo. You’re better off going to a store where you don’t pay to wait. It’s not worth the ‘membership’.
I have waited to post this review as have been waiting for a manager to contact me but I have yet to hear from anyone.
I was verbally attacked by one of the employees on Sunday. I was shopping with my 5 month old baby whilst I was waiting my food order that I had pre-ordered be cooked.
