Sonic Drive-In has friendly and kind staff, who provide quick service. The carhops are reported to be fine, but there have been issues with management, including a broken monitor that hasn't been fixed and stale food. The breakfast burritos, in particular, were disappointing. However, the breakfast menu and ice cream have received positive feedback. The burgers and other entrees are not seen as exceptional compared to other restaurants. The location and parking lot have been improved.
