“Chicken was delicious as always, first time we had the mac and cheese definitely will go back for that! Was not a fan of the greens, I like extreme flavor of my greens, but Tanner brought out some vinegar something that helped give it a bit more of a bite! Okra is always my favorite! Even if I order nothing else from Gus's I will always order the okra. Yes it's high-priced but everything is high-priced anymore, no matter where you go. Thanks again Tanner we will definitely be back if not for the great service, for the fried okra, chicken and now the mac and cheese!“

“Reminds me of a hunting lodge style restaurant I loved back home in the woods of Western Pennsylvania. The sides of hush puppies, white beans and coleslaw were great. The main course of Cajun style catfish was delicious and done to perfection, moist and flaky.“

“This cheddars was out of this world. The cheddars where I live is basically uneatable. This one was near the hotel so we stopped to eat.

“Very good place to eat. We go there five days a week for lunch. Manager very friendly and on top of everything. She is a very hard worker. Our favorite waitress is Kaitlyn. Very friendly.“

“Food was overall solid.
Got the smoky mountain flat iron steak, mac and cheese, goat cheese grits. I also added on a side of rosemary parmesan crispy potatoes.
The steak had good flavor.
The mac and cheese was delicious, just a little cold when served.
The goat cheese grits was on the weaker side of flavor.
The potatoes were tasty.
The service was friendly and well paced.
The atmosphere looks fantastic, and the tables were clean.
For those with bigger appetites, you may not get full from your meal.“
