The food here always tastes like it’s been sitting out and is almost never hot or fresh. The drive thru is also terrible. About half the time we sit at the speaker and no one ever takes our order, so we end up having to park and go inside. This has happened way too many times. Definitely one of the more frustrating McDonald’s locations

I wish I could put 0 on it. The food was wrong the wait was long and the staff was short and rude! I hope another owner comes in and changes things! It's a shame to have such a good location with shitty staff. No napkins, no syrup or butter with pancakes. You ask for ketchup for fries you get none. I will drive down to the 21 st street location.
