The service has gone way down since they stopped using waitpersons and you order at the cashier’s checkout. Half of my party left to find a table and then their drinks appeared on the counter, they were not told to wait for their drinks. No one stopped at our table to check on how our meal was or to offer to refill our drinks. I had to ask for a takeout box at the counter and the lady seemed a bit put out with my request.
