I love their broccoli and cheddar soup my favorite
I usually wouldn’t post a bad review of Panera... because I love their food. But the one in Manhattan is horrible. How do you run out of food?!? Especially bread to make the food. But what is worst is that they didn’t tell me the sandwich I ordered had to be made on a different bread until after I ordered. We honestly just left.
Where to start. Had to go back and ask to get my cookie and drink. Wasn’t notified when when my order was up. Had to ask the girl at the register if I can have a fork. Didn’t get my bread I ordered with it. Had to ask if the soda machine was broken, turns out it wasn’t even on, and then literally every piece of avacado was dark brown or black.
