Well I ordered it online and it gives you the option to follow the steps from prep to Cook to when it's done and it said My pizza was done and I get to the drive thru and they literally just put it in the oven when I told them I had an online order, so I was understanding about it but I also had to wait another 15 minutes so I asked for a coupon and the worker said how about a 20oz soda, I said that's fine, so All in all everything was good except the Wait!

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut tonight. We called and placed an order with Gavin. He was friendly, upbeat, and cheerful. When we pulled up we were met with a huge smile and told your pizza only has a couple minutes left. Gavin then came to the window with the same cheery attitude, your order was lost, we have to remake it, it will only be a few minutes. Can I get you anything while you wait? We really appreciated the gesture, his honesty and fantastic attitude. Thank you...

My review is based off my experience with this specific location (there is another pizza hut location in town).• I always pick my pizza up and has never actually sat down at this location so reading my review is based off ordering on the app and picking up my food in the drive-thru window.My orders have been to spec EXCEPT my bone-in wings. I'd usually ask for them to be cooked two full cook cycles and they won't MOST of the time. I figure I'd add some extra money...
