I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
The gentleman who took our order and gave us our food was outstanding. Great personality. Great job Hardee's. Went online to take the survey so management knew how great he was but it wouldn't work. 😩
I like Hardees the food is good stuff The food was fresh I haven't had Hardees in a long time. It was nice to find it in a truck stop

Hardee's is a busy restaurant that offers a variety of food options, including burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries. Despite the busy atmosphere, some customers find the noise level tolerable. The staff can be friendly and helpful; one employee was praised for making perfect fries and being funny and nice, leaving a positive impression. The Nashville chicken sandwich is enjoyed for its taste, though some wish it was a bit spicier. However, service experiences vary. There are reports of rude behavior at the drive-thru, with one customer feeling the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Others mention issues like fries being stale or overcooked, or meals being made incorrectly but quickly fixed. Some menu items are unavailable at times, such as hash rounds and French fries. Overall, while some staff members provide good service, negative interactions and food quality problems have been noted, affecting the dining experience at Hardee's.
