Last night, I got dinner for my family 4 through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that we were shorted a sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and complained. The manager immediately apologized and did everything she could to make it right. In fact, she went above and beyond what I expected. Bravo for the outstanding customer service!
