$3.50 in additional charges ($2.50 for delivery alone) for a sandwich and chips. I'd rather go hungry. I guess you'll get your delivery freaky fast as long as you pay extra.

Ordering here has literally been the worst experience ever —— twice. We’ve already chatted with the DM once, but tonight after attempting to rectify a completely wrong order, my husband and I received the complete runaround from “Blake” and “John.” Including, but not limited to being accused of placing the wrong order, being hung up on, being told I called the wrong location, and then being hung up on again. The people that waited on me were fine. The Jimmy Johns model is awful. Cold sandwiches on hard bread that cost more than your competition. You can’t deviate on what’s on the sandwich, yet it cost more than the competition that does allow that. Unfortunately I was in an area with limited choices for a deli sandwich. I rarely go to them because they are not good, consistently disappointed. #planetsubrules #potbellyisbetter
