A little disappointed this time. Pizza was lacking and for a pan pizza not crispy at all. Also, no sauce for the mozzarella sticks.

Someone ordered a pizza before the store 3ven opened and they went ahead and made it for me! That was so extremely helpful! 😀

Terrible new Tavern pizza just was delivered. A medium... really small pie cut into tiny squares. And they changed 24 bucks...31 with a tip... definitely not worth that...that's it I'm making my own pizzas from now on..

Placed an order at 6:15 to be delivered at 7. An employee called me to let me know the pizza would be 30 minutes late. I called at 8 because the pizza still wasn’t here. It’s now 8:40 and still no pizza and they don’t know where my order is at. I was offered a refund but they said they “don’t know” if I’ll get an email receipt to confirm the refund. I understand delays due to being short staffed, but not receiving my order is unacceptable.

the online computer totally screwed up my order and they would not listen. Poor customer relations and service. Don't use this store. Pizza quality is slipping again. UGH! Did I get an apology after being a loyal customer that bought a LOT of pizza from them? NO! 32 years a customer.

I picked up my paid for pizza inside. The lady handed over the pizza. I asked for cheese and peppers and she didn’t say a word and pointed at a sign that showed a .99 cent cost for cheese. Needless to stay a simple “hi there we no longer do the packets of cheese, but offer a small shaker” seemed like to much effort on her end.I’m sorry Pizza Hut for the turn over on staff these days. I don’t have a solution for you. Luckily the price point is still somewhat in range for families so the business will be fine.Hope my experience helps make better calls down the road-Kevin

Ordered two medium pizzas - tried to order the hot honey but the store said they didn't carry it anymore. Well, bummer, but fine. Got to the store to pick our pizzas up and the cashier tried to give me sone other customer's large pizza. She got defensive when I told her that wasn't even what I ordered. Didn't address me, just turned on her heel into the kitchen and asked if there were other pizzas back there. Then just slid them across the counter to me. Got 'em home and both pizzas were lukewarm; one of them lacked much cheese or pepperoni. Disappointed because this used to be our fave go-to pizza. Re-evaluating that now.

Pizza was hot and ready for pickup. A little confusion at the register. I had an e gift card and I guess they had never had be used before. But they figured it out. Will totally go back

Terrible. We received our pizza, and it was all smashed to the side of the box like it was dropped or something. I called the store and told them what happened, and he asked for the phone number, type of pizza, then said "can you give the other one back" and then said they would be here in 35 minutes. Never once did he apologize or tell me his name. The driver was rude and fled very quickly, like he knew he did something wrong, and on the phone, they responded to me like I was lying. Now, its been an hour, and we haven't gotten our new pizza, we can't eat on the one we have, and we just have to stare at it on the table. And we are onky 0.5 miles from the restaurant. I have attached a photo of the pizza. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Super bowl sunday. Ordered bread sticks and they gave me 2 tablespoons of marinara. Enough for 1 and a half bread sticks. Ordered pan pizza and got hand tossed. Terrible experience.

The service is great here. I order on the app, go in 15 minutes later, tell them my name, and, boom, I’m off.I definitely recommend their boneless wings, but make sure to add on blue cheese or the dipping sauce of your choice, because it doesn’t come with it.Also, make sure to order Parmesan cheese if you’re ordering a lot. They don’t have free packets anymore, but they have cool little jars that are inexpensive.The staff in friendly, it is always clean, you can see into the kitchen, they wear gloves and switch them out, and no one ever looks like a slob.I definitely recommend this.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is excellent, but I would definitely call to place your order so that they make special care to not make any mistakes.

Dietary restrictions: They will cater to your needs. Make sure to call to place your order though, if you have restrictions so that they make special care to not make any mistakes.

Parking: Parking is easy, especially with parking lot exits on the south and east.

Kid-friendliness: They still do Book-It and kids get a free personal pan pizza!

Wheelchair accessibility: I would imagine that it could be difficult to turn a wheelchair around to head out of the store, but I think if you go by the register, there is enough space.
