I ordered delivery because my mother was hungry. I asked for two alfredo pizzas. One with pepperoni with mushrooms on half, And the other chicken bacon with half black olives. When I finished the order I was still washing my clothes at the laundry mat. I took a screen shot to save a coupon that appeared after I completed the order. No one in the apartment could eat it. There was no sauce in sight. The veggies took over the entire pizza killing all flavor. I sent in a complaint and wad given another pizza. Somehow both these coupons have the same code. You ruined two pizzas, Im owed two pizzas.

Normally we have had good pizza at this Pizza Hut but today we ordered two mediums and neither was good. One had no sauce and the pepperoni was burned and the other should have had garlic Parmesan sauce and it was non-existent. This was so disappointing as we will now think of going elsewhere.

Waited over 20 minutes past the pick up time. I could understand if they were slammed but there were only a handful of orders, mine was just the 2nd on the list. On top of that we ordered a Hawaiian Chicken pizza with no ham, and for some reason they added bacon to a pizza. Had to throw the whole pizza out due to dietary restrictions with the pork.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Lillian was absolutely amazingâfriendly, professional, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and even went out of her way to check on us during our meal. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Thanks, Lillian, for making our visit so enjoyable. Weâll definitely be coming back!

I had ordered late night, And on the website, it said that my food would be delivered about 25 minutes before close. However, that was not the case the employee âJudyâ who claims to be a manager was very rude and unprofessional even going as far as yelling and cussing at myself and the DoorDash driver who showed up after close trying to pick up my order. I had called to see if my order was going to be able to be delivered to which she informed me that the order was canceled Because âThe order sat here ready for 45 minutesâ Which was a lie because I didnât even place it with 45 minutes left till close. I was never notified That my order was canceled, So when I called to inquire about how to make sure that they wouldnât keep sending DoorDash drivers to pick up my order she replied âthey will find out when they get here that the doors are locked.â When I asked to speak to somebody higher than her, she repeatedly kept telling me âI am the manager, and I donât know what any good that would do for you.âThe rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service absolutely does not deserve to have a job Let alone of management position. Will never come back to this store unless Judy is fired.

Itâs another walk in walk out pizza joint. Iâm from NH and our local Pizza Hut closed down during the pandemic and never opened again. We didnât have one when I was living in Howell, MI either. So now Iâm here and Iâm excited to have a slice of my childhood. It was not what I expected or wanted. I havenât had good pizza in Kansas or a good burgerâŠ.maybe itâs the state.
